Salhab Project (pre-design)
A residential Building that is 18,000m2 composed of three basements, a ground floor and 19 upper floors. The dual seismic resistant system consists of a ductile peripheral frame and a centrically located shear wall system supported by a mat foundation.
Verdun 5022 (design)
A hotel project that is 16,000m2 composed of six basements, a ground floor and 16 upper floors. The dual seismic resistant system consists of a ductile peripheral frame and a centrically located core supported by a mat foundation.
